How to properly clean your Copier (COVID-19 Edition)

In light of the current COVID-19 outbreak, we have been receiving a number of requests for us to explain how to properly clean and sanitize our copiers. Below is a number of tips to guide you on properly caring for your Supercity Copier.

DOs

  • Turn off your copier before cleaning.
  • Use damp, not dripping disinfecting wipes.
  • Use a microfiber cloth to wipe off any moisture.
  • Use a soft tipped stylus.

DON’Ts

  • Do not use chemicals like: bleach or ammonia.
  • Do not use paper towel. This can scratch LCDs.
  • Do not spray directly onto the device.
  • Do not use alcohol on glass scanning area.
